Embarrassing how inaccessible and unresponsive the @Officeworks customer support team is. No response to email within 72 hours, and no indication of wait time on calls. A timely reminder we need to make sure our customer support at @EasyAgile is top notch. We’ve work to do.

Was a Swans supporter for a long time, yet switched to GWS when their women’s team arrived as I was able to watch and support with my daughter. Torn. Split the family, or drag our daughter over to Sydney and return home? Either way, great step forward! twitter.com/SydneySwansAFL…

Second to last session at Agile 2022. FOMO. Learning from my peers - such a lovely and peppy team for the morning post party last night.

There seems to be some trepidation from our US counterparts in the agile community. A few have been given Vegemite like it is Nutella. Not Nutella! Needs butter. At least 50% butter / 50% Vegemite on sourdough is my recommendation. Give it a try Leslie! twitter.com/EasyAgile/stat…
Calling Omar, Leslie, Dwight and more! Get your personalised Vegemite jar from the Easy Agile crew at Agile 2022. (As an aside, it is raining here today. Thought I’d left that behind in Australia… sigh) twitter.com/EasyAgile/stat…
Exploring BDD again. Has always been so elusive for me, and never managed to attain the maturity or discipline to get there. Here’s to continual experimentation and improvement! Thanks @mattwynne.

Reflecting on a session from Women in Agile yesterday where @CatSwetel instructed us to drop ‘just’ from our introductions. Don’t put yourself down. You are not ‘just’ a product manager, you have tremendous experience in an area. Share what you are an expert in instead.
Agile 2022, here I come! This will be my sixth @AgileAlliance conference after a seven year hiatus (started a family, and a business). Hope to catch you there!

Pottery was quite relaxing. It’s been recommended I watch a flick from the 80’s called Ghost to get a better appreciation for the activity. Sounds weird. Anyways, was a nice precursor to axe throwing. twitter.com/EasyAgile/stat…
The team is gearing up for our quarterly Advance @EasyAgile which kicks off in t-minus 47 minutes. Nice to have the remote and local crew together. I missed the last one due to COVID and unfortunately we have a few absent this time around as well. Have yourself a lovely day.

And here it is folks. The retweet as I was incorrectly mentioned on a mug with the above tweet has now been put on a water bottle. Definitely. Meta. Cc/ @beermogul @me3d_matt (and cc @igb as I figure you’d get a kick out of this)

Love when I get @ mentioned in a tweet then my mates make a mug out of it. Then use said mug in my absence while I’m holidaying with the family and @ mention me. It is a little meta, yes? twitter.com/beermogul/stat…
Looking forward to getting back to an Agile Alliance conference. Haven’t attended since Orla was born, and then there was the move back to Australia, and then Covid… Too long. Bring it on! twitter.com/AgileAlliance/…

@Wise - just to expand on this. I have been waiting over 10 days now for a reply to various support requests. If I don’t have an answer by 10am AEST tomorrow I am contacting the ombudsman: afca.org.au
@Wise team, I'm really struggling to get a hold of your support team and have some pretty basic questions answered about receiving funds which are still listed as pending. How can we escalate this and get an answer? (hint; I need to make a transfer, and it's late due to you)

Two seconds of fame in a story about Twitter from IPO year. Tremendous growth in the team size, acquisitions, and not much user growth to be had despite the new ability to monetise users paying off. @michaelneale Yes, thank you. Should say I’m also an OFX customer. OFX’s customer support is excellent, and I’ve found their rates pretty compelling too. They don’t offer debit cards though which is a bit of a pain. If they had that … whoa, I’d consolidate.
Really frustrating experience with Wise over the weekend - their product mainly, their slow responses to requests for help as well. Venting now. And seeking suggestions for alternatives. Got an alternative you recommend? Let me know.
I remember I joined Twitter when we were in the “Corn Exchange” building (Atlassian days). And then I joined the @TwitterEng team IRL in SF a few years later. What a journey.

@micheal @SixtUSA Sweet, thanks Michael, I’ll check them out. Not yet. Looking at a family holiday in July and August in the south east - see a SpaceX launch, DisneyWorld, etc. Plus two conferences for @EasyAgile.
